Interior Design
Our in-house interior design department, over the past 7 years alone, has performed programming, space planning, and interior design services for over 139 million SF of space.

Sustainability Consulting
All of our projects have sustainable design goals that are achieved (average of 40 projects a year). We have LEED Accredited Professionals on staff to champion the cause of sustainable design.
Peck, Peck and Associates has experience in helping organizations meet the requirements of the latest Executive Orders & the Fed Energy Management Program. We are currently providing government space utilization services and support in regards to sustainability to several federal agencies.
Renovation & Repair
Renovations and repairs, generally, are more challenging than new construction projects. PPA has the experience to foresee potential problems, and investigate and assess certain conditions and building elements prior to any design work being done. Our in-depth renovation experience puts our firm one step ahead in completing the project correctly and on time, ultimately avoiding costly change orders.

Move Management
PPA is experienced in developing all-inclusive move programs for clients that enables them to continue business as usual. Experienced relocation specialists will become part of your team. We will help to establish a move committee, hold regularly scheduled meetings, and document and help resolve move related issues. PPA can also develop newsletters and employee handbooks to keep the employees informed on the status of the project and to help ease the apprehension sometimes felt before a move.
